Last Friday I attended the next in a series of Zoom meetings where Dean Holland, and all the all the new members of the new Affiliate Systems, continued to enlighten me on the virtues of this new platform.
Let me say that I am nothing but impressed by this platform’s capabilities. With Dean leading the way through the training it has been a breeze. I think this will become the new way to do online business that puts all your marketing tools in one place.
So far, I have been able to take my Web site from another server and transfer it to the new platform with no major glitches. Changing name servers and editing the c-panel was made simple and easy to understand. We quickly set up my email preferences. My WordPress blog, and all its settings transferred without incident or lost of any data. Whew!
What makes this training special is that my mentor/CEO of Internet Profits, Dean, is also learning this new Affiliate System (A-S) platform. So, we get to have a firsthand view, looking over his shoulder as he does the training with us. He is committed to always putting his member partners first. He has been for almost nine years full time. He had such a rough beginning and almost quit. He made ‘Zero’ money in the early years and was 60k in debt.
He found himself desperate and enlisted a fellow affiliate marketer and asked him what he should do. He told him, “Stop chasing the money…let the money chase you.” By that he meant stop looking for ways to make money and start helping others make money. He realized you cannot be successful unless your people are successful first.
This Epiphany that hit him hard. This was his new beginning and became his mission to always help his people first. Now, years later he is at it again. Always improving, always finding innovative ways to improve our chances for success. This new platform is no exception. Truly revolutionary and innovative. Affiliate System will surely be the go-to marketing platform for all online marketers now and into the future.
With all the good things about this new platform that has impressed me, I want to give a word of caution for everyone that all this new stuff, is just that. STUFF. It can easily turn into just another Shiny Object. It doesn’t matter how good it is. It doesn’t matter how easy it is. It doesn’t matter if it’s the answer to all our marketing dreams.
Because all that, in itself is not the magic formula to untold riches. With all its features that are designed to make your online experience more efficient and easier…it will do nothing FOR you. It will only work if you work it. That’s right, it is NOT a done FOR you (DFY) system. It is a done WITH you system (DWY).
For me this is my new restart and I am grateful for another chance. I feel that if its not this, then what will it be, what will take for me to understand that at my age (70), I don’t have the luxury of time.
I want to make this my last stand and take control of my time. I want to enjoy the life I envisioned years ago. I want to leave an example and a legacy for my family. I want to be able to say that I have helped others succeed when they felt stuck and overwhelmed about trying to making money online as Dean has done for me.
I am proud and excited to be a part of this new era of online marketing. Stay tune and come back to as I document my progress in my journey to being financially healthy.

Hi Lenny, it’s really good to see you haven’t given up despite some set backs, just as Dean did. It’s a very good point you make about this potentially being just a shiny object if we think it will do all the work for us. That’s really important to remember and a good reminder of the grind ahead! It looks like you know better than some just how much work we are headed in to. Many of these done-for-you tools don’t produce the promised results because the people buying them do not understand how they work, With a Done-With-You system you get the understanding behind the obvious that allows you to make best use of the tools.

Nothing will work if we don’t.
Affiliate System will be the best tool out there for any affiliate marketer, as it brings all that we need under one roof. The biggest advantage is that it is easy to use.
When you talk about time, we all have a lack of it. Hence I am glad you pointed out that jumping to another shiny object would be a step backwards.

So true Tom, nothing works unless we work it. I far as ‘AS’, It is similar to Builderall with a few more whistles and bells in it that will be useful. So Taking advantage of these upgrades can only help.

You hit the nail on the head, It truly is a done with you system. So, many times individuals want a done for you system that requires not effort to be successful. However, there is no such system. Zig Ziglar says you can have any two things in life as long as they do not contradict each other.
Wanting to be a success without putting in any work is a contradiction. One must be willing to take action and do their part on the path to success.

Yes this new restart is probably the best thing to happen to all affiliates that have been struggling in the past. Not so much the new Platform, but Dean’s superlative mentoring. He takes you by the hand and brings you through the whole process step by step. If we fail at this, There’s not much more that he can do for us.

Hi Lenny, I know what you mean about the age thing. My 73 birthday is almost a month away and even though I barely think about it, I’d rather look at it as I’m a later bloomer. Time becomes precious to folks like us.
I enjoy the flow state I achieve by doing the work Dean Holland is teaching us to do. Time disappears. Time is insignificant. More seems to get done!
